  Not only are they well stocked but they also have many beginners’ kits, books and videos.
  
  There web sight is not currently set up to take orders but if you call them you will get someone who is both very knowledgeable and friendly.
  
  Someone there can get you set up as a beginner and after that you can start exploring other options.

    Just joined today through a friend of a friend. Neat how this works, eh. Yep, I'm Canadian. We do leather here in the snowy winter. It's greaat to hit something to take your mind off shovelling snow

  You'll need a belt "blank" preferably out of Latigo, or Vegetable tanned, if you want to "tool"it' the most amazing sight for belt decorations and buckles is in the U.K. do a search for "bronze age belt mounts" on your computer ,Bon Chance madmoiselle! G.

  I would also suggest checking out local craft stores for basics and also tack shops for horse and saddle supplies in your area.
